3: Finance Qualification Made Easy
Our finance partners will reach out to provide a no-obligation finance qualification to help you understand your borrowing capacity. This step ensures you are financially prepared and confident to proceed with your home build.

4: Personalized Home Proposal & Pricing
Once your preferences are clear, we prepare a detailed home proposal with a sales estimate reflecting your selections. This includes a siting plan positioning your new home perfectly on your chosen block.
To secure your place in our build schedule and lock in pricing, an initial deposit is required at this stage. This allows us to provide you with a fixed, itemized quote within 30 days.
5: Sales Completion Appointment
During this key appointment, your Sales Consultant will guide you through all paperwork and contracts, ensuring you understand every detail. You’ll finalize your selections, review your fixed price quote, and pay a secondary deposit to confirm your commitment.
Once complete, your sales documents are submitted to our head office for processing.
6: Meet Your Pre-Site Client Manager
After contract signing, a dedicated Pre-Site Client Manager will contact you to introduce themselves as your primary point of contact throughout the pre-construction phase. They will provide you with an information pack and be available to answer any questions, ensuring you feel supported and informed every step of the way.
7: Colours & Electrical Selection
Bring your new home to life with personalized design selections. Join us on a Saturday appointment at our showroom to explore our full range of colour palettes, fixtures, and fittings with expert guidance from our Colour Consultants. Additional appointments will help finalize your choices, creating a home that truly reflects your style.
8: Contract Appointment & Final Steps
At your Contract Appointment, you’ll receive your fixed-price tender and complete house plans with your home sited on your block. The balance of your deposit (5%) is payable at this time. Be sure to review your info pack thoroughly and provide any necessary documentation as requested by your Pre-Site Client Manager.
9: Ready to Build — Construction Begins
If your land is titled, we initiate the application process for building permits, including engineering assessments, council approvals, and energy ratings. Your On-Site Client Manager will introduce themselves and keep you updated with regular progress reports throughout your build.
